If you cancel a booking after the vehicle has been dispatched then a charge may be incurred; the charge will be based on the distance/time that the allocated driver has travelled/spent prior to the point of cancellation. As a general rule journeys from airports can be dispatched up to three hours before flight arrival, journeys within the surrounding area of Hull, East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire are normally dispatched up to 1 hour before their due time. If you have made a booking, and have cause to cancel your booking before a vehicle has been dispatched to you, there will be NO charge provided it is cancelled within 48hrs. After this a 20% charge will be incurred.
