The underpass will be fully open in both directions from 6am on Monday, March 23 after a gradual opening with overnight closures on the weekend of March 21/22. National Highways says the entry and exit slip roads at Ferensway will then be closed until Thursday, March 26 to complete the split-level junction connecting Ferensway to Commercial Road. Anlaby Road: Northern Power Grid is carrying out a main renewal near the Heritage Centre. A lane closure will remain in effect until April 17. Danepark Road: Work continues at the junction of Kerdane for main renewals. Two-way signals will be in place until March 24. Ellerburn Avenue: Multi-way signals are in operation from York Road to the 6th Avenue junction for main renewals, scheduled to finish on March 25. National Avenue: Starting March 30, the road will be fully closed between County Road North and Bricknell Avenue for council improvement works, lasting until April…
