Expect lane and road closures until the estimated completion in May 2026. Both Humber Dock Street and Princes Dock Street remain closed to traffic for ongoing development works, with completion scheduled for late April 2026. Anlaby Park Road South: A road closure will be in place at the Hessle Road junction on February 26–27 for new power connections by Northern Power Grid. Cottingham Road: On February 24, access from Hotham Road North to the Cottingham Road/Hall Road roundabout will be closed (9.30am to 3.30pm) for anti-skid reinstatement. Temporary four-way signals will be in operation. Holderness Road: Utility works by Yorkshire Water will require a contraflow system at the Laburnum Avenue junction from March 3 to March 5.
