Holderness Road shut near Mount Pleasant due to ‘police incident’
A section of Holderness Road is closed and police have advised motorists to “avoid the area and use alternative routes”. The road is closed after the Mount Pleasant junction, between Holland Street and Barnsley Street. In a post on social media at 5:25pm, Humberside Police said: “Please be aware of a road closure currently in place between Holland St & Barnsley St on Holderness Rd in Hull please avoid the area and use alternative routes whilst our officers deal with an ongoing incident.” This is a breaking news story.
