Full infrastructure change, operating under a Development Control Order which gives the powers to National Highways to implement this scheme. Lane and road closures until completion of scheme. (National Highways) Elm Avenue. Until March 6. Carriageway reconstruction. Road closure in place. (Hull City Council) Ennerdale. From March 3 until March 23. Rear of 11-13 Riverview Gardens. Multi-way signals in place. (Northern Power Grid) Hessle Road. On March 8. To enable a principal inspection of the Hessle Road flyover underbridge unit, a westbound road closure will be in place from 12midnight until 6am. (Hull City Council) Humber Dock Street. Until April 30. Public realm works, road closure in place. Works are to take place on the public right of way along Humber Dock Street between junctions with Blanket Row and Humber Street.
