There were lengthy on the A63 in Hull this morning following a crash. At around 6.20am, Humberside Police said Daltry Street flyover had been “closed temporarily” on the westbound side following the incident. A spokesperson said: “Please be advised that there will be delays on the A63 Westbound, going over the Daltry Street flyover in Hull due to a road traffic collision. The westbound carriageway of the Daltry Street flyover will be closed temporarily. They added that “traffic will be directed to come off of the A63 and travel around the Rawlings Way roundabout and then rejoin the A63 on the next slip road to pass through.” National Highways confirmed the road was cleared and reopened by around 8.45am. Key Events All closures removed 08:52 12:03 Mark Page Police statement Humberside Police have issued a statement following this morning's incident: Officers were called to reports of a single-vehicle road traffic collision on the A63 westbound in Hull this morning (Thursday, 30 October 2025). It is reported at around 5.50am, the driver of a Fiat was travelling westbound when the vehicle is believed to have collided with the central reservation near to the Daltry Street Flyover, before coming to rest on the carriageway. It is believed the driver sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. A road closure was put in place to allow emergency services to work safely, which has since been lifted.
