Despite the notice being able to be enforced for 18 months, it is said that the order will cease at the end of the works; which expected to be on February 27. The enforcement will be in place between 8am and 6pm. The order relates to works to install two telecoms chambers and duct. Read more. Main Street, Willerby: East Riding Council has given notice of an order which will prevent vehicles from driving along Main Street, Willerby, from the junction with Willerby Square Roundabout to a point south of Main Street Access to South View. The order bill commence on February 16 at 9am lasting until February 20 at 3pm to enable drainage works to be carried out. Read more. Main Street, Fraisthorpe: An East Riding Council order, which commenced on February 2 will prevent any vehicle from proceeding along part of Main Street, Fraisthorpe over Fraisthorpe Bridge and approximately 50 metres either side of the bridge.
