Almost three weeks of works set for Hull’s Princes Avenue…

Almost three weeks of works to improve pavements in Princes Avenue are set to begin next week. Workers will begin resurfacing footpaths between Belvoir Street and Marlborough Avenue from Tuesday (April 2). On-street parking and a bus stop on the western side of the road will be suspended for up to a week from Monday, according to a letter sent to residents. Hull City Council Transport Portfolio Holder Cllr Mark Ieronimo said the works were essential to stop the further deterioration of the footpaths. They are set to take place in two phases, with the first beginning on Tuesday and lasting until Friday.
