Mini-roundabout in east Hull to close for repairs – as…

A junction on a busy section of road in east Hull is to close for over a day for “essential” repairs, Hull City Council has confirmed. The mini-roundabout at the junction of Midmere Avenue and Leads Road, near the village of Sutton, will be closed on March 25-26 for “essential carriageway maintenance”. Residents have been told that the closure will take place between 9.30am on the Monday and 3pm on the Tuesday. One motorist welcomed the news and described the roundabout as dangerous.
