Last of A63 weekend closures as additional overnight road closure…

The A63 will be closed overnight but for the last time in the latest rounds of works to the £355m junction upgrade. It was announced in early January that the busy road would undergo a series of six weekend closures from January 12 until February 19. The work was to ensure that National Highways could progress the essential works on the stretch of road and the new junction at Mytongate to improve journeys in Hull. The A63 Eastbound will be closed between Daltry Street and Roger Millward way between tonight (February 16) at 8pm and 6am on Monday (February 19). However, motorists are advised that there will be an additional closure on the westbound carriage between 8pm on Sunday, February 18 and 6 am the following morning.
