Full infrastructure change, operating under a Development Control Order which gives the powers to National Highways to implement this scheme. (National Highways) Anlaby Park Road South, February 26 to 27. New connection, road closure in place at the junction of Hessle Road. (Northern Power Grid) Cottingham Road, February 18 to 19. Repair burst water pipe at the junction of Chanterlands Avenue. Multi-way signals 7pm to 6am only. (Yorkshire Water) Richmond Lane, February 16 to 27. Installation of zebra crossing and footpath resurfacing. Road closure at the junction of School Lane. (Hull City Council) Spring Bank West until February 19. Repair valve. Road closure in place (Yorkshire Water) Walton Street until February 20. Replace existing cable to improve quality of supply. Lane closure at the junction of Anlaby Road.
